Introduction:
Sadiq Towel opened its doors in 2001 and has not looked back since. Our name has been synonymous with quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. Sadiq Towel is a well renowned Manufacturer and Exporter of all kinds of Towels. We are one of the most Prominent Manufacturer & Exporter of Terry Bath Towels in our country and we are exporting worldwide our quality products to tens of our satisfied customers in USA, UK, and European country with top most buyers . Sadiq Towel is specialized in all Terry items like Bath Towel, Beach Towel, Face Towel, Hand Towel, Bath mats, Bath robs, Door mats, Embroidery Towels etc. We are a complete Vertical Terry Towel Mills which has own capacity of Weaving, Dying, Stitching & Embroidery. Our production capacity range is 0.5 Million Lbs per month with high quality assurance, reliability and customer satisfaction.
Factory Set Up:
We are working with the following setup;
1. Weaving:
Sadiq towel is equipped with the latest, most modern weaving machinery manufactured by DYNA TERRY PROMATECH . Our daily yield on shuttle less terry products is 1 ton, we have the capacity to produce 10,00 yards per day of non-terry products.
2. Dying & Finishing:
Our State-of-art dyeing house is equipped with latest machines imported from Japan, Germany & Spain. The more prominent brands name. We are thus able to produce any color range as desired by our customers. Ours is one of the very few dyeing houses in Pakistan employing the use of highly sophisticated drying machines instead of air-drying the fabric.
3. Stitching:
Our stitching units are equipped with the latest machinery including Lock stitch, Over-Lock, Surging, safety Lock & batik machines. Equally impressive is our in-house inspection area comprising of grading, cropping, packing & storage sections. We have automatic side hemming machines.
4. Embroidery:
Our Embroidery Unit are equipped with latest Barudan Japaneese Machinery, where we are making Quality Embroidery Towels. We can easily make Embroidery deisgn upto 10,000 stitches.
5. Laboratory:
We have in house lab facility, which can perform all necessary test according to international standards. We also have arrangement to test at 3rd party lab like MTL, ITS or CTL
6. Quality Assurance:
We have independent Quality Assurance Department who make sure quality standards are adhered & customer specifications are met. QA Department is independent from production & reports directly to CEO only.
7. Product Development:
We have separate product development department, who does research & development & keeps eye on current trends to serve our valued customers better & dispatch them samples of new development time to time.
8. Merchandising:
We have dedicated team of merchandisers who take cares interest of our customers & provide them information & other related services to them related to their orders.
9. Export Department:
We have separate department who deal with all the documents related to shipping & update to customers.
10. Human Resources:
We have in-house HR department for training and development of employees.
